ترجمه، انطباق فرهنگی، روایی صوری، محتوا و همگرای پرسشنامه مشارکت کودکان (CPQ) به زبان فارسی

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی روایی صوری، محتوا، و همگرای نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه   Children Participation Questionnaire (CPQ بود. 
مواد و روش ها
بررسی حاضر از نوع مطالعه متدولوژیکال بود که به سنجش روایی صوری، محتوا، و همگرای نسخه فارسی پرسشنامهChildren Participation Questionnaire (CPQ پرداخته، برای ترجمه از روش IQOLA استفاده شد. برای ارزیابی روایی همگرا از ابزار ارزیابی رفتار انطباقی واینلند استفاده گردید.
یافته ها
نتایج نشان داد که ترجمه این پرسشنامه آسان بود. ارزیابی روایی صوری و محتوا به تغییراتی در بعضی از آیتم های پرسشنامه انجامید. و همچنین همبستگی قابل قبولی بین آیتم های مرتبط دو پرسشنامه دیده شد (r> 66/0 و 001/0Pv<).
نتیجه گیری
روایی صوری، محتوا، و همگرای نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه مشارکت کودکان مناسب و قابل قبول می باشد و این پرسشنامه می تواند در مطالعات مرتبط مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Aim: The aim of the present study was translation of Children Participation Questionnaire (CPQ) into Persian and then assessment of the face, content, and convergent validity of the new intrument.
Materials and Methods: The present study was a methodological research. The translation procedure was carried out using the IQOLA protocol. For assessment of convergent validity the Vinland Questionnaire was used.
Results: The results showed that the translation of questionnaire was easy. The assessment of face and content validity led to some changes in some items of the questionnaire according to Iranian context, and the convergent validity was acceptable (r>0/66, p<(0/001).
Conclusions: The face, content, and convergent validity of the Persian version of Children Participation Questionnaire (P-CPQ) were acceptable and this questionnaire is now useable in other studies.
