رضایت شغلی کاردرمانگران شهر اهواز و ارتباط آن با شاخص بالقوه انگیزش

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
افزایش بهره­وری و دلبستگی به کار از عوامل مهم در رضایت شغلی می­باشد که با طراحی مناسب شغل محقق می­شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین توان بالقوه انگیزشی بر اساس شاخص بالقوه انگیزش در بین کاردرمانگران شهر اهواز و ارتباط آن با میزان رضایت شغلی انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها
در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر تمامی کاردرمانگران شهر اهواز شرکت نمودند. توان بالقوه انگیزشی و رضایت شغلی کاردرمانگران با استفاده از پرسش­نامه طراحی شغل و پرسش­نامه رضایت شغلی بررسی شد.
یافته­ ها
بیش از 85 درصد از شرکت­کنندگان در مطالعه حاضر رضایت شغلی متوسط و بالا داشتند. میانگین توان بالقوه انگیزشی در سطح متوسط به­دست آمد (62/43±85/142). یافته­های آماری عدم ارتباط معنادار بین دو متغییر توان بالقوه انگیزشی و رضایت شغلی را نشان داد (97/0=P value و 01/0=r). بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک و توان بالقوه انگیزشی و رضایت شغلی ارتباط معنادار وجود نداشت (05/0P value>).
نتیجه ­گیری
کاردرمانگران شهر اهواز رضایت شغلی مناسبی را گزارش نمودند. همچنین توان بالقوه انگیزش در بین آنها در حد متوسط گزارش شد. این نتیجه می­تواند بیانگر شرایط مطلوب کاری و ویژگی­های شغلی مناسب کاردرمانگران در شهر اهواز باشد.

چکیده [English]

Background and aims: Increasing productivity and work involvement are important factors affecting job satisfaction, which achieved are by appropriate job characteristics. The present study aimed at investigating the Motivational Power Score (MPS) and its correlation with job satisfaction among occupational therapists in Ahvaz city.
Materials and Methods: All occupational therapists working in Ahvaz city participated in the current cross-sectional study. Valid questionnaires of Job Characteristic Model and Job Descriptive Index were used in order to investigate MPS and Job satisfaction among the participants.
Results: More than 85% of the participants had high and moderate job satisfaction scores. Also, MPS mean score was assessed to be in moderate level (142.85± 43.62). No correlation was observed between MPS and job satisfaction scores. No correlation was found between demographic variables and MPS and job satisfaction scores, either (P>0.05).
Conclusion: Occupational therapists in Ahvaz city reported appropriate job satisfaction. Moreover, MPS were in moderate level. These results indicate the appropriate job status and characteristics among occupational therapists in Ahvaz city.
