مقایسه تاثیر تیپینگ و بریس بر فعالیت عملکردی والیبالیست های دارای مچ پای ناپایدار

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی و مقایسه تاثیر تیپینگ و دو نوع بریس بنددار و نئوپرینی بر فعالیت عملکردی والیبالیست­های دارای مچ پای ناپایدار می­باشد.
مواد و روش ها
تحقیق حاضر از نوع مقایسه­ای می‌باشد. آزمودنی­های تحقیق حاضر 15 نفر از والیبالیست­های ایالت کردستان عراق تشکیل دادند که دارای مچ پای ناپایدار بوده با میانگین سن: 94/1±93/21 سال، قد: 08/0±85/1 متر، وزن: 25/7±50/80 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدنی: 65/1±37/23 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع می­باشند. آزمون­های عملکردی تحقیق پیش­رو شامل پرش سارجنت و آزمون تعادلی وای بوده و داده­های تحقیق با استفاده از روش آماری آنالیز واریانس مکرر و با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS نسخه 22 در سطح 05/0˂p) تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها
یافته­های تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که در بریس نئوپرینی (001/0˂P) و بریس بنددار (001/0˂P) نمره آزمون Y و هر سه وسایل محافظتی شامل تیپینگ (001/0˂P)، بریس نئوپرینی (002/0˂P) و بریس بنددار (001/0˂P) بر نمره آزمون پرش عمودی تاثیر مثبت دارد، اما این سه نوع وسایل محافظتی در قبل و بعد از اعمال، برتری خاصی نسبت به یکدیگر ندارند.
بحث و نتیجه گیری
با استفاده از یافته های تحقیق و از آنجایی که در آزمون Y عمل تیپینگ تاثیری بر نتیجه آزمون نداشته و در مجموع تفاوتی بین این سه نوع وسایل محافظتی یافت نشد و بر اساس یافته های تحقیق­های قبلی که حاکی از صرف هزینه کمتر در استفاده از اعمال بریس می باشد، به نظر می­رسد استفاده از بریس نسبت به اعمال تیپینگ بهینه­تر باشد. قابل ذکر است که ترجیح یکی از این روش­ها به عوامل دیگر مثل راحتی ورزشکار و موارد بیومکانیکی نیز بستگی دارد که از این نظر نیاز به مطالعات بیشتر می باشد.

Compression of the Effect of Taping and Bracing on Functional Performance in Volleyball Player with Ankle Instability

چکیده [English]

Background and Aim: The purpose of the present study was to investigate and compare the impact of taping and two types of braces (Lacy brace and Brace Neoprene) on functional performance of volleyball players with an unstable foot ankle.
Materials and Methods:In the current comparative research, 15 volleyball players of Iraqi Kurdish State, who had an unstable foot ankle (average age: 21.93±1.94 years, height: 1.85±0.08m, weight: 80.50±7.25kg, and Body Mass Index: 23.37±1.65 kg/m²) were included. Functional tests included Jump Sargent and Y Balance Test. Data was analyzed using repeated Analysis of Variance (repeated ANOVA) in SPSS, version 22 (p˂0.05).
Result:The findings showed that in Brace Neoprene (p˂0.001) and Lacy brace (p˂0.001), the scores of Y Balance Test and all three protecting devices, including taping (p ˂ 0.001), brace neoprene (p ˂ 0.002), and Lacy brace (p ˂ 0.001), had a positive impact on the vertical jump test score, but these three types of protective equipments had no certain superiority over each other prior to and after the practices. Conclusion:Based on the findings of the present study and since in Y Balance Test the taping had no effect on the results of the test, overall, no difference was found between the three types of protective devices. Also, based on the findings of the previous studies, showing that using braces is less expensive, it seems reasonable to use the brace compared with taping. It is noteworthy to remind that the preference of one of these methods to other is dependent on the factors like the convenience of the athlete and the biomechanical items, which deserve further investigation.
