Core stability and core stability muscles training have become one of the new discussions in the sports world. The main goal of this study was to compare the effect of eight weeks of TRX and CX WORX training on endurance of core muscles and dynamic balance of female students.30 young female interns with general health were volunteered to participate in this study, who were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups of 10 TRX exercises (With a mean age of 24.20 ± 2.48 years, a height of 1.64 ± 0.03 m, weight 56.37 ± 6.28, and a BMI of 20.82 ± 2.34 kg / m2), CX exercises WORX 10 people (with a mean age of 21.40 ± 3.09 years, a height of 1.59 ± 0.09 meters, a weight of 57.40 ± 14.07 kg, and a body mass index of 22.90 ± 7.59 kg / m2) And control of 10 people (with mean age of 25.70 ± 1.70 years, height 1.62 ± 0.05 m, weight 56.22 ± 6.96 kg and BMI 21.28 ± 2.18 kg / m2).
