تاثیر شرایط آموزش مجازی بر وضعیت اسکلتی-عضلانی و فعالیت بدنی اساتید دانشگاه در دوران پاندمی کرونا

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
امروزه شیوع کووید-19 از طرف سازمان بهداشت جهانی به­عنوان پاندمی جهانی اعلام شده است. در پی پاندمی کرونا و قرنطینه خانگی، محدودیت‌هایی برای افراد خصوصا بخش آموزش کشور ایجاد شده است. در این بین، اساتید دانشگاه­ها با شرایط آموزش به­صورت مجازی و تغییر در فعالیت ­های روزمره مواجه شده­اند؛ بنابراین، هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر شرایط آموزش مجازی بر وضعیت اسکلتی-عضلانی و فعالیت بدنی اساتید دانشگاه کشور در دوران پاندمی کرونا بود.
مواد و روش ­ها
در تحقیق توصیفی حاضر از پرسشنامه­ های استاندارد وضعیت اسکلتی-عضلانی نوردیک و فعالیت بدنی بک استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید دانشگاه­های فرهنگیان سراسر کشور، با 98 مرکز بود که از این بین 260 نفر به­عنوان نمونه در تحقیق شرکت نمودند. از آزمون­های مک­نمار و t زوجی و آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمندر سطح معناداری 05/0≥P استفاده گردید.
یافته ها
بین شیوع عارضه اسکلتی-عضلانی در نواحی گردن، شانه، پشت و کمر قبل و حین کرونا تفاوت معنی‌دار مشاهده شد (0/05≥p). همبستگی منفی معناداری بین اختلالات گردن و مچ دست با فعالیت بدنی کاری و اختلالات مچ دست و زانو با فعالیت بدنی ورزشی و فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت وجود داشت (0/05≥p). بین میزان ساعات استفاده از رسانه­ های اجتماعی برای اوقات فراغت و آموزش، استفاده از لپ­تاپ و تلفن همراه و میزان خواب شبانه و روزانه قبل و حین کرونا تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (0/05≥p).
نتیجه­ گیری
به نظر می‌رسد شرایط کنونی پاندمی کرونا، تغییر در سلامت اسکلتی-عضلانی و نوع فعالیت بدنی اساتید را به همراه داشته است، به‌طوری ‌که ابزار ارتباط و آموزش مجازی و زمان‌بر بودن آن، منجر به کاهش میزان فعالیت بدنی در ابعاد مختلف کاری، اوقات فراغت و ورزش، شیوع برخی اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و حتی تغییر در میزان خواب اساتید گردیده است. افزایش فعالیت بدنی منظم و اتخاذ روش صحیح استفاده از ابزار سخت ­افزاری و نرم ­افزاری آموزش مجازی پیشنهاد می ­گردد.

Effect of Virtual Education Conditions on Musculoskeletal Status and Physical Activity of University Professors during the Corona Pandemic

Background and Aims: Today, the outbreak of Covid-19 has been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization. Following the Corona pandemic and home quarantine, restrictions have been imposed on individuals, especially in the country's education sector. Meanwhile, university professors are faced with the conditions of virtual education and changes in daily activities. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of virtual education conditions on musculoskeletal status and physical activity of university professors during the Corona pandemic
Materials and Methods: In the current descriptive research, standard questionnaires of Nordic musculoskeletal status and Beck physical activity were used. The statistical population included professors from Farhangian universities across the country, with 98 centers, of which 260 participated in the study. McNemar, paired, and Spearman correlation tests were used at the significance level of P≤0.05.
Results: There was a significant difference between the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in the neck, shoulders, back, and waist before and during the coronavirus pandemic (P≤ 0.05). Also, there was a negative correlation between neck and wrist disorders with work physical activity and between wrist and knee disorders with leisure and exercise physical activity (P≤ 0.05). There was a significant difference between the hours of using social media for leisure and education, using laptops and mobile phones, and the amount of night and day sleep before and during the corona (P≤ 0.05).
Conclusion: It seems that the current situation of the corona pandemic, led to changes in musculoskeletal health and type of physical activity of university professors. Communication tools and virtual education and the time spent on them have led to reduced physical activity in various dimensions of work, leisure, and exercise, the prevalence of some musculoskeletal disorders, and even changes in the university professors' sleep rate. It is suggested that university professors improve their regular physical activities and consider ergonomics of using learning assistant tools.
