مقایسه تاثیر آموزش گروهی و آموزش انفرادی هندلینگ بر کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان 1 تا 6 ساله مبتلا به فلج مغزی

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
ناتوانی کودک در درون خانواده ایجاد می­شود و آثار نامطلوبی بر کارکرد خانواده و کیفیت زندگی آنها بر جا می­گذارد، بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تاثیر آموزش گروهی و آموزش انفرادی هندلینگ بر کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان فلج مغزی انجام گردید.
مواد و روش­ها
در مطالعه حاضر کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی و یک سو کور، 50 نفر از مادران کودکان فلج مغزی شهر اصفهان انتخاب شدند و به­صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آموزش انفرادی و گروهی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای جمع­آوری اطلاعات شامل پرسش­نامه کیفیت زندگی 36-SF، پرسش­نامه سنجش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس، پرسش­نامه سنجش آگاهی از مراقبت­های ویژه صحیح کودکان فلج مغزی، سیستم طبقه­بندی اسپارکل، سیستم طبقه­بندی عملکرد حرکتی درشت و پرسش­نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک بود. داده­ها قبل و سه ماه بعد از مداخله جمع­آوری و توسط نرم­افزار SPSS نسخه 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ­ها
آنالیز کوواریانس نشان داد که در نمره کیفیت زندگی و سایر خرده­مقیاس­ها به­جز سلامت هیجانی و سلامت عمومی، بین دو گروه آموزش انفرادی و گروهی اختلاف معنادار آماری وجود ندارد (05/0<P).
نتیجه­ گیری
تاثیر آموزش گروهی و انفرادی مراقبت­های ویژه بر کیفیت زندگی کلی مادران کودکان فلج مغزی به یک اندازه است.

چکیده [English]

Background and Aim: Children's disability creates undesirable effects on family function and the quality of life. The present study was carried out in order to compare effectiveness of group-based handling training and individualized handling training on the quality of life in mothers of children with cerebral palsy.
Methods: In a randomized controlled trial and single blinded study, 50 mothers of children with cerebral palsy were selected and were randomly divided into individualized handling training and group-based handling training. Data collection tools included SF-36 quality of life, depression, anxiety and stress scale (DASS-21), and knowledge of special care of children with cerebral palsy questionnaire. Data was collected prior to and after three months of intervention. Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS, version 21.
Results: Covariance analysis showed that there was not a significant difference in the quality of life and other dimensions except in general health and emotional health after intervention (P > 0.05).
Conclusion: According to the findings, effectiveness of group-based handling training and individualized handling training on the general quality of life in mothers of children with cerebral palsy are similar.
