چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین منتخب در آب بر میزان خطای فرود در مردان فعال مستعد آسیب رباط صلیبی قدامی بود.
مواد و روش ­ها
در تحقیق حاضر 30 نفر از دانشجویان پسر رشته تربیت بدنی در معرض خطر آسیب ACL در دو گروه 15 نفره کنترل (با میانگین سنی 66/1±11/20 سال، قد 67/4±34/178 سانتی­متر و وزن 69/7±68/66 کیلوگرم) و تجربی (با میانگین سنی 09/2±63/21 سال، قد 24/5±38/179 سانتی­متر و وزن 75/6±01/69 کیلوگرم) قرار گرفتند. قبل و بعد از اجرای پروتکل تمرینی جهت ارزیابی عوامل خطرساز از آزمون‌های سیستم امتیازدهی خطای فرود (LESS) استفاده شد. سپس گروه تجربی به مدت هشت هفته تمرینات منتخب در آب را انجام دادند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، از آزمون t زوجی جهت بررسی تفاوت درون­گروهی و همچنین از آزمون تی مستقل جهت بررسی میزان تغییرات تفاوت­های بین گروهی استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها
نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نشان داد که تمرینات منتخب در آب به طور معناداری سبب تغییرات در خطای فرود مردان فعال مستعد آسیب رباط صلیبی قدامی شد (05/0≥P)، در حالی که هیچ­گونه تغییر معناداری در گروه کنترل مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه­ گیری
نتایج نشان داد که تمرین در آب سبب بهبود میزان خطای فرود می­گردد؛ لذا کاربرد تمرینات منتخب در آب در کنار سایر روش­های تمرینی جهت بهبودی میزان خطای فرود و کاهش میزان آسیب در افراد مستعد آسیب رباط صلیبی قدامی توصیه می­شود.

چکیده [English]

Background and Aim: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of selected aquaticexercises on the amount of landing error in active men susceptible to anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Materials and Methods: A total of 30 male students of Physical Education susceptible to injury were divided in to two groups of control (no= 15, with the average age of 20.11 ± 1.66 years, height: 178.34 ± 4.67 cm, and weight: 66.68 ± 7.69 kg) and experimental (no= 15, with the mean age of 21.63 ± 2.9 years, height: 179.38 ± 5.24 cm, and weight: 69.01 ± 6.75 kg). Prior to and after the exercise protocol, the LESS error rating system was used to evaluate the risk factors. Then, the experimental group performed the selected exercises in water for eight weeks. In order to analyze the data, paired and independent t-tests were used to examine the differences between and within groups.
Results: The results of statistical analyses showed that selected exercises in aquaticwould improve the landing error rate in male athletes susceptible to anterior cruciate ligament injury, while no significant changes were observed in the control group.
Conclusion: The results showed that water practice improves the landing error rate. So, the use of selected exercises in water, along with other training methods, is recommended to improve the rate of landing error and reduce the amount of damage in people who are prone to damage to the anterior cruciate ligament.
