تاثیر آموزش گفتار نشانه دار بر بهبود دقت و درک خواندن دانش آموزان با آسیب شنوایی پایه اول ابتدایی

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
حس شنوایی جزء حس­هایی است که انسان به وسیله آن به زبان و گفتار دست می­یابد. رسیدن به خواندن در دوران کودکی امری ضروری است و مطالعات نشان می­دهد که کودکان کم­شنوا در مقایسه با کودکان شنوا از مهارت خواندن پایین­تری برخوردارند؛از این روهدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر آموزش کیود بر بهبود خواندن دانش­آموزان کم­شنوای پایه اول ابتدایی است.
مواد و روش‌ها
جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه­تجربی (پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون و پیگیری) با گروه کنترل، دانش­آموزان کم­شنوای دختر پایه اول تکمیلی بودند که در مدارس کم­شنوای شهر تهران تحصیل می‌کردند. نمونه پژوهش به صورت در دسترس ۱۰ نفر گروه آزمایش و ۹ نفر گروه کنترل بودند. داده‌های خط پایه با استفاده از آزمون تشخیصی خواندن جمع­آوری شد. گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش روش کیود در قالب ۳۰ جلسه ۴۵ دقیقه­ای قرار گرفتند. داده­ها با نرم­افزار  SPSS22و با استفاده از آزمون تکرار اندازه­گیری­ها تحلیل شد.
یافته ­ها
یافته‌ّهای تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که روش آموزشی گفتار نشانه­دار بر دقت تاثیر معنادار و مثبت (01/0=P) داشته است، ولی تاثیر آن بر درک خواندن معنادار نبود(09/0=P).
نتیجه­ گیری
آموزش گفتار نشانه­دار به کودکان کم­شنوا می‌تواند مهارت­های خواندن دانش­آموزان کم­شنوای پایه اول ابتدایی را بهبود بخشیده و احتمالا بتواند به آنها در امر تحصیل و برقراری ارتباط کمک کند؛ لذا روانشناسان و گفتاردرمانگران می‌توانند از آن برای آموزش افراد کم­شنوا استفاده کنند.

Background and Aims: Hearing sensation is necessary for a child to acquire speech and language. Reading is one of the essential skills, one should acquire in childhood. Previous studies have shown that deaf children have lower reading skills as compared with hearing children. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of Cued Speech on improving the reading skills of the late diagnosed first grade deaf students in elementary schools.
 
Material and Methods: In this quasi-experimental study,19 deaf children (with profound hearing loss) were our experimental group and 9 hearing children were our control group. The deaf samples were late diagnosed and had low language skills and all were using hearing aids. For data collection we used The Persian Diagnostic Reading Test as pre-test and post-test. First, the baseline data was collected. Then, the experimental group received 30 Cued Speech training sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. Data was analyzed using repeated measures with SPSS version 22.
Results: The findings showed that Cued Speech had a positive effect on the reading  accuracy (p=0.01)and reading comprehension (p=0.096).
Conclusion: According to the results, Cued Speech can help deaf students to improve their reading skills. This was important because in late diagnosed deaf children with low levels of language skills, reading skills are often a very challenging issue which needs to be considered.
