Effects of antioxidants in the prevention of noise induced hearing loss

Abstract

مقدمه و اهداف 


مواجهه با نویز بلند می تواند منجر به تشکیل رادیکال های آزاد گردد. افزایش تولید رادیکال های آزاد نقش مهمی در ایجاد کم شنوایی ناشی از نویز دارد. 
مواد و روش ها 
پس از جستجو در مقالاتی که از سال 2000 تاکنون در زمینه ی آنتی اکسیدان ها و کم شنوایی ناشی از نویز منتشر گردیده است، 73 مقاله ی مرتبط از google scholar-proquest-pubmed-sciencedirect یافت شد و 24 مقاله بر گزیده شد. 
یافته ها 
آنتی اکسیدان ها می توانند رادیکال های آزاد را خنثی کرده و کاهش دهند. این نقش آنتی اکسیدان ها در کاهش کم شنوایی موضوع مورد علاقه اخیر بوده است. 
نتیجه گیری 
مطالعات قابل توجهی به بررسی آنتی اکسیدان ها در جلوگیری از شروع یا پیشروی کم شنوایی ناشی از نویز پرداخته است. این استراتژی جدید می تواند مدنظر متخصصین گوش و حلق و بینی و شنوایی شناسان قرار گیرد و امکان پتانسیل جهت اهداف درمانی را فراهم نماید.
