تاثیر کتاب شنیداری بر سلامت روان سالمندان تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی و توانبخشی کشور

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
با توجه به جمعیت رو به رشد سالمندی و شیوع بالای اختلالات روانی در این قشر، نیاز است که متخصصان بهداشت روانی اقداماتی در خصوص درمان اختلالات روانی سالمندان و به ویژه افسردگی داشته باشند. امروزه کتاب‌درمانی برای درمان اختلالات شایع روانی استفاده می‌شود. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات کتاب گویا بر سلامت روان سالمندان سازمان بهزیستی صورت گرفت.
مواد و روش ­ها
پژوهش به روش نیمه‌تجربی می‌باشد. 30 نفر از سالمندان سازمان بهزیستی که در 8 جلسه ارائه کتاب گویا شرکت نموده و ابعاد سلامت روان آنها از طریق پرسش­نامه استاندارد سلامت روان  (SCL-90-R)قبل و بعد از شرکت در دوره‏هامورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‏ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS 22 و روش‏های آماری توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و روش آماری استنباطی (آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف یک‏نمونه­ای، آزمون مقایسه میانگین یک‏نمونه­ای، آزمون تحلیل همبستگی، آزمون مقایسه میانگین­های جفتی) مورد تحلیل قرار‏گرفت.
یافته­ ها
آنالیز آماری نشان داد که تفاوت قابل توجهی در پس‏آزمون نسبت به پیش‏آزمون بر سلامت روان و حساسیت در روابط متقابل، شکایات جسمانی، وسواسی اجباری، افسردگی، اضطراب، پرخاشگری، ترس مرضی، افکار پارانوئیدی و روان‏پریشی سالمندانی که در کارگاه­های کتاب گویا شرکت کرده­اند، به وجود آمده است (05/0>P).
نتیجه ­گیری
با توجه به افزایش جمعیت رو به رشد سالمندی در کشور، سلامت افراد ضروری است. یافته­ها نشان داد استفاده از کتاب و کتاب­درمانی می‏تواند بر سلامت روان افراد جامعه اثرات مطلوبی به جا بگذارد، به نظر می­رسد که این روش یکی از راهکارهای کم­هزینه برای درمان است و مسئولین بهداشت روانی می­توانند از آن برای پیشگیری و درمان استفاده نمایند.

Background and Aims: Due to the growing population of the elderly and the high prevalence of mental disorders in this population, mental health professionals should take measures regarding the treatment of mental disorders, especially depression. Today, bibliography is used for the treatment of common mental disorders. So, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of audiobooks on the mental health of the elderly at the State Welfare Organization of Iran.
Materials and Methods: In the present quasi-experimental study, 30 elderly from welfare organization participated in eight sessions of audiobooks and the aspects of their mental health were investigated using the Standard Mental Health Questionnaire (SCL-90-R) before and after participating in the audiobook sessions. Data were analyzed in SPSS using descriptive methods (Mean and standard deviation) and inferential tests (kolmogorov-Smirnov test).
Results: Data analysis showed that audiobook resulted in significant desensitization in mutual relationships, physical complainants, obsession, depression, anxiety, aggression, phobia, and paranoid disorder in the elderly population of the State Welfare Organization of Iran (p<0/05).
Conclusion: Considering the growing number of the elderly population in the country, taking care of their health is a necessity. The findings suggest that using books and bibliotherapy can have beneficial effects on the mental health of the population. This is one of the low-cost options for the treatment and mental health officials can use for prevention and treatment purposes.
