تاثیر برنامه توانبخشی شناختی مبتنی بر حافظه بر کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با آسیب شنوایی

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
برنامه توانبخشی شناختی مبتنی بر حافظه به­عنوان روشی مفید و کاربردی برای بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با آسیب شنوایی مطرح شده است و به نظر می‌رسد استفاده از آن با نتایج مطلوبی همراه باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر برنامه توانبخشی شناختی مبتنی بر حافظه بر کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با آسیب شنوایی انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ ها
در پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. در این پژوهش 24 پسر با آسیب شنوایی که به روش در دسترس از مدارس شهرکرد انتخاب شده بودند، شرکت داشتند. آزمودنی‌ها به دو گروه 12 نفری آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش، برنامه توانبخشی شناختی مبتنی بر حافظه را در 10 جلسه دریافت کردند، در حالی ‌که به گروه کنترل این برنامه ارائه نشد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه توانایی شناختی نجاتی (1392) بود. داده‌های به­دست­آمده با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیری در نسخه 24 نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شد.
یافته­ ها
یافته‌ها نشان داد که در مرحله بعد از مداخله، میانگین نمرات کارکردهای اجرایی گروه آزمایش به­طور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود و برنامه توانبخشی شناختی مبتنی بر حافظه بر کارکردهای اجرایی آزمودنی‌ها تاثیر معناداری داشت (001/0P<).
نتیجه ­گیری
برنامه توانبخشی شناختی مبتنی بر حافظه، کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با آسیب شنوایی را بهبود بخشید؛ بنابراین، با توجه به یافته‌های به­ دست ­آمده در پژوهش حاضر، پیشنهاد می‌شود که در کنار سایر روش‌های آموزشی و توانبخشی دانش‌آموزان با آسیب شنوایی، برنامه توانبخشی شناختی مبتنی بر حافظه نیز به کار برده شود.

Background and Aims: The memory-basedcognitive rehabilitation program is becoming a useful and practical method to improve executive functions in students with hearing impairment and it seems that using this program has been associated with desirable outcomes. The purpose of the present research was to investigate the effectiveness of memory-basedcognitive rehabilitation program on executive functions in students with hearing impairment.
Materials and Methods: A semi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test design, and control group was conducted. The participants were 24 male children with hearing impairment selected from schools in Shahre-e-Kord city using convenient sampling. Participants were divided into experimental and control groups, each group consisting of 12 children. The experimental group received 10 sessions of memory-basedcognitive rehabilitation program, while the control group did not receive this program. The instrument used was Nejati cognitive abilities questionnaire (2013) and the data were analyzed using analysis of covariance in SPSS, version 24.
Results: Findings showed that there was a significant increase in the mean executive function scores of the experimental group post-intervention in comparison with the control group, and the memory-basedcognitive rehabilitation program had a significant effect on the participants’’ executive functions (P<0.001).
Conclusion: The memory-basedcognitive rehabilitation program improved executive functions in students with hearing impairment. Therefore, based on the findings of the present research, it can be suggested that beside other educational and rehabilitation methods for students with hearing impairment, applied memory-basedcognitive rehabilitation be used, too.
