بررسی تائیر هشت هفته تمرینات بدنی منتخب بر تعادل کودکان اختلال هماهنگی رشدی (DCD)

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی در رشد (DCD) کنترل وضعیت ضعیف­تری داشته و نسبت به همسالان سالم خود بیشتر در معرض افتادن و صدمه دیدن هستند. ورزش کردن ممکن است قابلیت تعادل در این جمعیت را بهبود بخشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرینات بدنی منتخب بر تعادل کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی بود.
مواد و روش­ها
روش مطالعه از نوع نیمه­تجربی بود. آزمودنی­ها 20 کودک پسر دارای اختلالات هماهنگی در رشد، در محدوده سنی 10–7 سال بودند که به دو مرکز دولتی و خصوصی سرپایی روانپزشکی کودک و نوجوان مراجعه کرده و به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به دو گروه (تجربی و کنترل) تقسیم شدند. از هر دو گروه، پیش­آزمون توسط آزمون اصلاح شده لک لک برای سنجش تعادل ایستا و آزمون راه رفتن تاندومی برای سنجش تعادل پویا صورت گرفت. گروه تجربی در یک دوره برنامه منتخب تمرینات بدنی به مدت 8 هفته (سه جلسه در هفته، هر جلسه 45 دقیقه) شرکت کردند. در انتها مجددا گزینه­های مربوط به آزمون­های تعادلی از هر دو گروه به عمل انجامید.
یافته ها
نتایج نشان داد که در پیش­آزمون میانگین نمرات تعادل کودکان گروه تجربی و کنترل تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد، اما در پس­آزمون میانگین تعادل ایستا و پویا در گروه تجربی بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (01/0 >P ).
نتیجه­گیری
مطالعه­ی حاضر نشان داد که انجام تمرینات بدنی منتخب باعث بهبود تعادل کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی شده است.

Examination of the Impact of an Eight-Week Exclusive Exercise on the Balance of Children with Developmental Coordination Disorders

Abstract
Background and Aim: Children who suffer from Developmental Coordination Disorders (DCD) have weaker situation control and are more prone to falls and damages compared with their healthy peers. Exercise may improve balance capability in this population. The aim of the current study was examining the impacts of selected physical exercises on children suffering with DCD.
Materials and Method: The study followed a semi-experimental method. A total of 20 testees, boy children in the age range of 7-10 referring to two private and public psychological centers for child and adolescent outpatients, were randomly chosen and divided into two experimental and control groups. A pretest was administered for the two groups using the revised version of Stroke Stand for measuring standing balance and tandem walk test for measuring dynamic balance. The experimental group participated in a selected program of physical exercises for eight weeks (three sessions a week, 45 minutes each session). At the end of the treatment period, items related to balance test were administered for the two groups again. Data was analyzed using Kolmogorov Smirnov test and T test.
Results: The results showed that in the pretest, there was no staitstifcal difference between average scores of experimental and control children, but in posttest, the statistic and balance average in the experimental group was significantly more than those of the control group (P< 0/01).
Conclusion: The present study showed that doing selected physical exercises will improve balance in children with DCD.
