تاثیر آموزش روش های اصلاح رفتار بر کاهش رفتارهای مقابله ای و افزایش عملکرد رفتاری کودکان کم شنوا

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش روش های اصلاح رفتار به مادران کودکان کم شنوا بر کاهش رفتارهای مقابله ای و افزایش عملکرد رفتاری فرزندان کم شنوا 8 تا 10 ساله این مادران بوده است.
مواد و روش ها
روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از این رو تعداد 30 نفر از مادرانی کودکان کم شنوایی که در زیر مقیاس رفتارهای مقابله ای پرسش نامه فهرست رفتاری کودکان نمرات آنها از نمره برش پرسش نامه بیشتر بود، به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل همتاسازی شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل فهرست رفتاری کودک، پرسش نامه مرضی کودکان و پرسش نامه عملکرد رفتاری کودکان بود. آموزش روش های اصلاح رفتار در قالب 9 جلسه نود دقیقه ای در گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد. در پایان دو گروه پرسش نامه های مذکور را به عنوان پس آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها
تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس بیانگر تاثیر آموزش روش های اصلاح رفتار بر کاهش نمره‌ رفتارهای مقابله ای کودکان مادران گروه آزمایشی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بود (001/0=p و 79/28=(27 و 1)F)، همچنین آموزش روش های اصلاح رفتار موجب افزایش عملکرد رفتاری در گروه آزمایش شد (05/0=p و 85/5= (27 و 1)F ).
نتیجه گیری
به طور کلی یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که آموزش روش های اصلاح رفتار به مادران، مشکلات رفتاری و علائم رفتارهای مقابله ای را در کودکان کم شنوا را کاهش داده و از بروز مشکلات رفتاری در محیط خانوادگی پیشگیری به عمل می‌آورد و از این رو می تواند نشانه های مشکلات رفتاری، در این کودکان را مدیریت کند.

Background and Aim: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of mothers' training behavior modification methods, on reducing oppositional behavior and enhancing behavioral performance of their 8-10 year old children with hearing impairment.
Materials and Methods: The research design employed was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test and control groups. To do so, 30 mothers of children with hearing impairment were selected using available sampling. The participants were divided into two experimental and control groups after being matched. The research tools included CSI-4 and behavioral performance questionnaires. The training behavior modification methods were performed in nine 90-minute sessions in the experimental group. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance in SPSS, version16.
Result: The results of covariance analysis showed effectiveness of behavior modification training on reducing oppositional behavior scores in children of mothers in the experimental group compared with those of the control group (F= 28/79, P=0/001). The results also showed enhancement of behavioral performance in experimental group (F= 5/85, P=0/05).
Conclusion: Generally, the findings demonstrated that training behavior modification methods improve behavioral problems in deaf children and prevention of behavioral problems in family environment; thus, using parents training, symptoms of behavioral problems in these children can be managed.
