رابطۀ انعطاف پذیری و سوماتوتایپ با لوردوز کمری در دختران جوان

چکیده

مقدمه و اهداف
امروزه با زندگی ماشینی، پشت میزنشینی و انجام حرکات مضر افراد مستعد بروز ناهنجاری­های اسکلتی-عضلانی می­شوند که علت آن به درستی شناسایی نشده است، از این رو پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد رابطۀ انعطاف­ پذیری و نوع پیکری با ناهنجاری لوردوز کمری دانشجویان دختر را بررسی نماید.
مواد و روش ­ها
در مطالعه حاضر 92 دانشجوی دختر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اهواز شرکت کردند. متغیرهای تحقیق شامل درجه لوردوز کمری، نوع پیکری و انعطاف­پذیری بود که میزان لوردوز کمری با خط­کش منعطف 30 سانتی­متری به شیوۀ یوداس و میزان انعطاف­پذیری با استفاده از تست خمش به جلو اندازه‌گیری شد. برای اندازه‌گیری نوع پیکری (اندومورفی، مزومورفی و اکتومورفی) از روش محاسبه سوماتوتایپ هیث و کارتر استفاده شد، پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و رگرسیون چندمتغیری در سطح معناداری 05/0=α استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها
یافته­ ها نشان داد بین انعطاف­ پذیری و لوردوز کمری رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد (3/0=P و 11/0-=r). بین نوع پیکری اندومورف و لوردوز کمری رابطه منفی معناداری مشاهده گردید (0001/0=P و 40/0-=r). بین نوع پیکری مزومورف (09/0=P و 18/0=r) و اکتومورف (48/0=P و 07/0=r) با لوردوز کمری رابطه مثبتی مشاهده شد. رگرسیون پیش­بینی لوردوز از روی متغیرهای انعطاف­پذیری ستون فقرات و نوع پیکری‌ها تنها برای دو مولفه اندومورفی و مزومورفی معنادار بود (003/0>P و 35/4=F).
نتیجه­ گیری
به نظر می‌رسد با توجه به امکان پیش­گویی تغییرات لوردوز از طریق مولفه­های سوماتوتایپ پیش از هر گونه مداخله در ناهنجاری ستون فقرات بهتر است وضعیت بدنی افراد مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Relationship between Flexibility and Somatotype with Lumbar Lordosis in Young Girls

Background and Aim: Today, considering the mechanical life, sitting behind the table and doing harmful movements make susceptible people prone to musculoskeletal abnormalities, the reason for which is remained unclear. The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between flexibility and somatotype with abnormal lumbar lordosis among female students.
Materials and Methods: A total of 92 female students of Ahvaz Islamic Azad University participated in the study. Research variables included the degree of lumbar lordosis measured using 30-cm flexible ruler and forward bending test using Youdas and Rate of flexibility method. Somatotype (endomorph, mesomorph, and ectomorph) was calculated using Heath and Carter somatotype method. The data were analyzed using Spearman, correlation, and multiple regression with the significance level set at α= 0.05.
Results: The results showed that there was no significant relationship between flexibility and lumbar lordosis (r=-0.11, p=0.3), but there was a significant negative relationship between endomorph and lumbar lordosis (r=-0.40 and p=0.0001). There was a positive relationship between mesomorph somatotype (r=0.18, p =0.09) as well as the ectomorph somatotype (r=0.07, p=0.48) and lumbar lordosis. Regression of predicted lumbar lordosis using variables of the flexibility and somatotype was significant only for endomorphy and mesomorphy components (f=4.35and p=0.003).
Conclusion: According to the results and the possibility of predicting lordosis changes using somatotype components, it seems that physical conditions of the individual should be considered prior to any intervention in spinal abnormalities.
