Background and Aims: Physical factors and the design of appropriate rehabilitation environments can be effective in the quality of rehabilitation services. The purpose of this research was to investigate the existing quality of internal design of rehabilitation services in line with the quality of rehabilitation services for children with autism
Materials and Methods In this study, a cross-sectional observation of the researcher's self-made questionnaire for assessing the quality of architecture was used to examine the quality of architecture of physical space, interior architecture, and the facilities of educational and therapeutic space. In order to investigate the factors affecting the quality of the architectural spaces of autism disorder, 9 components of space organization, space flexibility, security and safety, texture, materials and furniture, air conditioning, color, light, acoustics and green space, view and landscape have been studied and measured. Is In this cross-sectional study, 32 occupational therapists from university and hospital treatment centers, welfare centers, and private clinics participated, and to explain the existing situation, following parametric assumptions, the one-sample t-test was used, and to check the acceptability of each of the dimensions and their prioritization. Friedman's test was used.
Results: The results show the current situation of the internal design of rehabilitation services from the point of view of occupational therapists, to explain the current situation by observing the parametric assumptions, the one-sample t-test was used, as the results were analyzed at a significance level of 0.05 with the stated degrees of freedom.
Conclusion: The results indicate that the t observed in the components of texture and materials, light, acoustics is higher than the t of the table and is significant, therefore, from the respondents' point of view, the effect of the components of texture and materials, light, acoustics on the architectural quality of autism spaces is optimal. is located and the existing situation is satisfactory and t observed in the space components; Inflexibility, security and safety, air conditioning, color and green space are lower than table t and are not significant. As a result, from the point of view of the respondents, the impact of the components of space, inflexibility, security and safety, air conditioning, color and green space is not satisfactory. The obtained results indicate that the average rating calculated for the space organization component is 3.72, space flexibility is 3.95, security and safety is 4.75, texture, materials and furniture is 6.63, air conditioning is 5.50, and color is 69. 5/5, light 6/08, acoustics 6/45 and green space, view and view is 2/23. Because (sig<0.05) the significance level is less than the value, according to the available information, the null hypothesis is rejected. Also, the value of the KID statistic is equal to 75.863 and the optimal significance level is estimated (sig=0.000<0.05). Therefore, it is proved that the degree of desirability of the quality components of the architecture of autism spaces is different.
